Following record export volumes across the first half of 2025, NUOANKE Seal Technology has completed a major investment in automated production capacity — expanding output of high-precision automotive seals by 40% while shortening lead times for international customers.

A RESPONSE TO GROWING DEMAND
Over the past eighteen months, NUOANKE has seen sustained growth in orders from automotive Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers across Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America. Much of this demand has been driven by stricter quality requirements under the IATF 16949 standard, which governs quality management systems for the automotive industry, alongside the broader shift toward electric vehicle platforms that require new categories of sealing solutions.
To keep pace, the company began planning a dedicated expansion of its Zhejiang production facility in late 2024, with the goal of increasing throughput without compromising the dimensional precision required for critical sealing applications such as engine systems, transmissions, and battery enclosures.
